¶ 🔐 Claiming Your Plex Server via Movio Dashboard
To claim your Plex server on plex.tv using your Movio access details, just follow the steps below.
¶ ✅ Step 1 – Log In to Your Movio Dashboard
Go to:
👉 https://dash.movio.pro
Use the login credentials sent to your email.
¶ 📡 Step 2 – Check Your Server
Make sure your Plex server is online and running before claiming it.
⚠️ Important: You cannot claim your server using Google or Facebook login on plex.tv.
Create a Plex username and password and use that instead.
¶ 🛠️ Step 3 – Server Status Check
If you see a "Plex service not responding" error:
- Click the "Rebuild Plex Server" button on your dashboard.
- Wait about 5 minutes.
- Once the green thumbs-up icon appears, you’re ready to go.
¶ 🔑 Step 4 – Enter Plex Details and Claim
- Go to the Movio dashboard.
- Enter your Plex login credentials.
- Click "Claim Plex Server."

¶ ❓ Troubleshooting (Manual Claim)
If something goes wrong, try this manual method:
- Log in at 👉 https://dash.movio.pro
- Find your Plex Server IP and Port.
- Open a new browser tab and go to: http://[YOUR.IP.ADDRESS]:[PORT]
Example: http://123.456.789.101:32400
- Log in using your Plex account (the same one used in Movio).
- Click "More" → then the Settings (tool icon).
- Go to Remote Access.
- Tick "Manually specify public port" and enter your server's port.
- Click "Retry" or "Enable Remote Access" if available.
Your server should now turn green and be fully connected.

Once claimed, your Plex server is accessible via:
- Any Plex app (mobile, TV, desktop)
- https://plex.tv/desktop
