Having trouble accessing your Plex server? Follow the steps below to diagnose and resolve common server issues.


If your dashboard shows green lights but Plex still doesn't work:
๐ Be patient โ allow the process to complete fully before refreshing or retrying.

Sometimes a claim bug causes Plex to display a security warning:

Go to ๐ Movio Dashboard
Find your Plex Server IP and Port

Open a browser and enter: http://[IP_ADDRESS]:[PORT]
Example: http://123.456.789.101:32400

If successful, the lock turns green

๐ด If Remote Access still shows red โ donโt worry. This is expected when using proxy routing. It can be safely ignored.
